Alcohol and tobacco sales in California are strictly regulated by a variety of government agencies including the Alcohol and Beverage Control, The State Board of Equalization, and Municipal Law Enforcement. There are many laws and regulations that must be followed, but there are no consolidated guides to follow to ensure that one is abiding by these laws.
